Space and Gender identity

Space and Gender identity Whenever we start to read or hear any kind of dialogue on gender issue, it seems like very easy to trace the outline: differences between men and women, right? But these days, amid wake of various gender studies discourses, things are not so predictable. And what constitutes gender issue has many overlooked dimensions that are slowly being accustomed in real grounds. Contemporary society even views geography as the podium to institutionalize gender identity through the use of physical spaces. The wave of feminism had influenced on the discipline of geography since the 1970s. The study of gender under geography has introduced new theoretical concepts such as the gendering of physical space. I saw her

When I saw her for first time Perfectly planned as poetry rhyme A picture in painter’s mind: Smile like, blossom of summer Eyes challenge beauty of pearl, Her hair gives fragrance to air Full of sensation, love and care. This time I look her with intention, To be mine, she was born A gal and best companion Successful quest of my life Someone who feels like wife For last time our gaze meet She feels like endless street; Full of mystery, hope and fear Mending wall between my career Desert mirage for thirsty camel Wonderful gal yet, a typical female Again, I recall that first time Yes, the picture in painter’s mind.

Sweet Little Thing Alive

That sound of silence was more than hours of talking, and that moment of happiness worth more than a vibrating heart.  I don’t really remember when I saw her for the first time. I know I used to see her everyday, but I hadn’t noticed her. When I began to notice her, every day she appeared to be more beautiful than the day before. Just li...
