For most people around globe, Facebook is feasible means of online interaction . However, some users find themselves addicted to Facebook and have really hard time to log out even after spending inordinate amount of time on it . What’s make users so addictive on Facebook ?

Psychiatrists termed this emerging type of addictive syndrome as “Facebook addiction disorder” . But such addictive behavior are not yet commonly acknowledged as psychological problem. Several research have deduct that Facebook as well as other social networking sites have deep impact on users. For example, Facebook promotes unhealthy relation approach, foster cybercrimes, impair emotional connection with people and even lead into depression. The bigger part of threat lies on our growing tendency to seek existence in virtual world . Sometime many Facebook users undergo psychological trauma after seeing selfies of friends in parties and there’s even a psychological term for it, “fear of missing out,”(FOMO).
When social networking sites become toxic , it seems like the ultimate way out is to stop using it. However, sites such as Facebook or twitter have evolved to become crucial part of social life. It keeps people connected and flow information in feasible way . Today, academic stuffs to professional information’s and even official invitations are updated on Facebook. These sorts of positive impact again brings us to question, Why should one stop using it? Facebook is like addiction unless you set a limit for yourself.
